  • They made better music when they were using drugs. Not that Im encouraging drug use, but they weren't the same after they cleaned up.

  • "Remember (Walking in the Sand)" is a song written by George "Shadow" Morton and originally recorded in 1964 by The Shangri-Las

  • when aerosmith had brass for sure!!!!! but they still sound great as ever hell stevens 62 now wow amazing!!!!! keep on rockin!!!!!

  • 70s aerosmith rocks 90s n 2000s aerosmith wasn't all that great

  • old aerosmith are the best

  • This band is AMAZING, and I love the song

  • very great song

  • Right in the Nuts!

  • I don't understand why people are caling them a pop band. They are not nor will they ever will be a pop band. When you call them pop you're basically comparing them to Ke$ha and Lady Gaga. Sure, they don't write songs like Toys in the Attic or Back in the Saddle anymore, but that's just because their personalities kind of changed over time. Everybody changes so why don't they have the right to?

  • @Rockerchick629 Aerosmith started right out of the gate as an in your face kick ass rock band. Every song on their early albums was badass. This song is good. But they have devolved into a chick every song must be an anthem to women group. Once in a great while it's ok - but they were meant to be a hard core rock band. They just simply lost their way. probably studio money forced them to be the whores they are. They used to be bad ass. Now they are pop. Cheesy Fuckers.

  • @broncobra Look. Everyone's entitled to their own opinion. Mine is that everyone's allowed to change and there's nothing we can do about it. Maybe they just decided to show their softer side to the world. Everyone's got a soft side somewhere in them. I agree that they did some amazing hard core songs, but I also like the softer ones

  • @Rockerchick629 I'm not into metal or anything, and truth be known, Toys In The Attic is one of my very favorites, Permanent Vacation another fav. But they don't ever sing hard stuff anymore. The world wouldn't spin very well unless it has Yin AND Yang. (shoot, even most "country" music nowadays is harder than a lot of the "hard rock" I grew up on! You do realize that they were once called the "toxic twins" because of all the drugs. When they cleaned up the anger/edge went away?

  • @broncobra Yea I know but would you really want them to shorten their lives any more than they already have just so they can write harder music? I've heard that their new album they've been working on will be harder than the newer albums, I can't wait for it to come out because I love the harder stuff they used to write but I don't mind the new stuff either. And yes I realize that they were the toxic twins because of all the drugs, any Aerosmith fan would know that.

  • @Rockerchick629 Kiss never pulled this shit, even though they were "less" of a hard rock group, they held to their roots.

  • This is such a great song that still is brilliant today. Speaking of remembering/I remember listening to this song sitting in my '73 Olds parked at Rose Lake making out with a beautiful hottie all night long. Unfreakingbelievalbe memory!

  • lame, its just a studio song, no video. Youtube? where's the tube?

  • bight in the ralls? amirite?

  • night in the ruts?

    right in the fuckin nuts!!

  • I LOVE this song done by them!

  • @reedrichards82 What's the big deal? This song was written by Shadow Morton and sung originally by the Shangri-Las (Leader of the Pack)--just type it in the youtube search for yourself.

  • @probrojeffro lets see it's aerosmith it's not at their finest but it's still them it's like saying led zeppelin had a horrible song because they took it from somebody else which sounds weird this is Aerosmith's original version of this song it just happens that the Shangri-Las also have an original version of this too there is some weird shit in the music world..

  • yay nobody hates hearing someone screamin in your ear unless you're mentally disturbed

  • this was not written by aerosmith.. and they have much better songs.. this is them at thier worst... TITA andROCKS are way better

  • @dunvert really then why don't you go ask steven who wrote this song then if no motherfuckin youtuber can convince you that aerosmith wrote this

  • @reedrichards82 - yep, written by Morton, sung by the Shangri-las - and redone (beautifully) by Aerosmith. Some people just don't want to admit they can be wrong. LOL @ dunvert.

  • this and "dream on " my favs from them

  • Did Joe Perry recorded this song?!

  • This song is so epic.

  • i love how deep this song is... like when steven sings it its just so powerful and thats why i will forever love him and aerosmith <3

  • i love this song!! i wish more people took a liking to this album! no surprize is a kickass song!

  • This song in my opinion is about how Steve missed Joe at the time. "it's getting two years or so" the cover wuz about two years before the first album without Joe was. I think of it as remember rockin in the sand lol just my opinion
