@Nunanificent Never had the Castlevania games when I was growing up. Probably would have loved them though. I know I've heard some good music from the Castlevania games as well.

Frog's Theme YEA!. I would also have included something from Majora's Mask. Maybe Majora's wrath or stone temple.

Yeah, Frog's Theme is brilliant. Out of all the songs from Zelda, the Light World Theme easily wins. You just can't get anymore epic than that song.

My job is game composition, and sound FX, and these games are the bread and butter of what I base all my ideas off of.

Hmmm, I do like Brinstar, but compared to the others it isn't as good.
Fear of the Heavens is great. I'm still disappointed I haven't played through that game.
And kudos for including Silence Before The Storm for the FF choice. Definitely what I would have chosen also. :P

I actually started playing Secret Of Mana again the other day on an emulator. It's pretty awesome :P
Silence Before The Storm was always going to be my first choice. Thought it might be a different choice to most people
