interesting point - I just realised - separating oneself through projecting 'to do something' 'while doing it' e.g write an email, 'in the future' because what is here is quite 'complete' yet. thanks Bella!
so in practise, I would write down a list of stuff to do, but not project myself doing these things in future time, and do the list here, one by one, moment by moment? Is that how I would direct me involving a task/tasks that has a deadline?
one step at a time - one moment i am here - next moment i am here -
every breath here
i like the analogy with Walking:
in order to walk, we move one leg to take a step forth - but we also have to let the back leg go - otherwise we are 'stuck'.
so if we move ourselves throughout our day in the same manner as we walk in the physical: 1+1+1+1+1+1...we move in a simplistic, practical flow, always here, always one and equal to what is here in the moment.
Great Bella, thank you for sharing this in a practical experience. "WIthout projecting a series of tasks" "walk moment by moment" to be here and real, participate and share yourself. DANKE!
Thankyou for sharing! 'Catching' and correcting patterns is cool and sharing them openly with another sounds fun as well! Time constraint thing was a good point - my time pressure is division between 'what I want to do' and 'what I have to do' when participated in.
@LLCraver lol yes - it does take skill/training to direct this space-time reality and self within it as it.
working with vast amounts of information that not only affect oneself, one must always consider priority, effectiveness, 'focus', deadlines etc. and at the same time remain stable within it all.
I've noticed that one of the resistances to share or vlog is having soemthing 'spectacular' to say or 'special' when it is not really so, it's simply sharing yourself in what you do and do that 'integration' which is quite cool - yes and within that enjoying! it. That's how I see Self Support being effective and practical as well.

Thanks, lately I've wanted to plan all my tasks and practically proved unpractical. thinking in the future instead of being here - absurd

@LauriKotaja yea, so basically i re-defined 'working' as living - then every breath is equal - every breath is me - and i walk here breath by breath

how can we rush, when there is nowhere to get?

it's a 'learning by doing' thingy :)
