Mark is the unsung hero of the Star Wars movies. As amazing as the story and visuals were in the 1977 original, if he hadn't played Luke with the absolute sincerity that he did, the movie would only be remembered for its visual excellence. Mark gave the movie and the series it's heart.

Hamill's best role (imho) is the Joker. He really brought the character to life, and maintained, what I think to be, the greatest balance of sheer joy, sadism, and ruthlessness of the character.
