nope...radiate is a benefit concert of cads and alongside cads performances, it will also feature more dances from cads alumni street, alumni jazz, and different amateur and proffessional dance groups in the country, like for one, its not yet final, but i think my group, the manoeuvres is being arranged to dance in radiate... =)
