Everyone says Ino is weak and all that but she ISNT! In fact in the first fight between Sakura and Ino, Asuma said she was one of the more stronger female ninja's the only real reason she lost was because she still cared about Sakura. Sakura even said if Naruto hadn't shouted to her then Ino would have won. Just because we don't see her fighting a lot does not mean she is not a brilliantly strong ninja!
Ino is the best kunoichi and yes we don't see her fighting much because masashi kishimoto doesn't put her into too many fighting scenes! So we don't kno what she's really capable of! I mean she turned chunin so she must hav improved! And also one of her wishes is to hav a rematch with sakura! I mean if she was weak as you say then why would she be stupid enough to want to hav a rematch with her?!?!?! So yea I think that she is capable of doing great things! Maybe even greater things than sakura!
