jonny is playing the ondes martenot and ed is getting the theremin sound by using an ebow and the digitech whammy to raise the octaves...for years though i thought it was a theremin....i want one so bad...

@stereosanctity7 you wouldn't need a whammy pedal. there are two settings, one to get different harmonics. also, like pinch harmonics you can influence what harmonics you get all according on where on the string you place the ebow
