@hellenic300 A magic trick is only as good as the magician is. If someone is not a magician and knows lots about magic, as he sucks so the trick sucks as well. There is another reason why magic has a price, and that is to keep it special. To me personally, I wish I had not seen the tutorial, because, in all probability, I will not perform it and it no longer intrigues me.
You cannot generalize selling tricks as a whole as stupid. When you buy a DVD, you get more than just the secret.
@XPWiFi well see i like finding out things and seeing how its done that's just how I am now the way I see it, if people take the time to find out what the trick is called and search it up then they deserve to know how it's done
@XPWiFi man 90% of the people that buy these DVDs want to perform for they're friends, don't perform at shows and will end up revealing it to their friends anyway, trust me it's not worth paying 18 bucks for one trick cause really that's all you get, instructions on making the trick special??? that comes with experience and hard work not from some DVD that's how I see it. there's sooo many better things to spend $18 on when you can find these trick here on youtube or somewhere else on the net.
@hellenic300 You are right that hard work is what makes a trick special, but the thing about DVD's is the quality. I'm not just talking about the camera. I'm saying that if you want to perform like a professional, you've got the professional showing you how it's done. Let's say you see this really awesome card trick. You go to the related videos for the explanation. There's a little English kid says all you have to do is memorize the bottom card. You go out and try to perform the trick cont. ->
@XPWiFi people might see you looking at the bottom card while they're supposed to be looking at their card. Also, the trick itself is only part of the effect. It's the presentation that makes a simple trick come home to people. If all you want is the secret, then good for you, you got it, but if you want to make your trick an experience, search hard on Youtube or buy a DVD. If you want that kind of magician, I'd recommend andyfieldmagic
@XPWiFi i understand what you're saying, see ellusionist has dvd's on that and that's okay that's something i'd buy if I was more serious in magic, those dvd's are good because it's not just one trick but these tricks like frozen and stuff like that are a complete and utter waste of money
pare kailangan mo pa mag practice pag tinignan mo yung mga ibang vids. makikita kung pano c la mag performance ok lng yung magic mo pero yu need more practice i am telling you this becuase i am a pro magician i also performed that trick to pple and tere amze but anyway just prctice more abit.
