Indeed, the voting system is not fair (is never was - and probably never will be) when a country of 80 million people has the same impact as a country of 4 or 5 millions. Let's start a campaign for ESC entries from Alsace and Bourgogne, from Bavaria and Saxonia. Then we would have a voting system that woul be fairer. Some of my semi-final's favourites lost: Austria, Andorra, Cyprus, Switzerland.

Actually, I'm Russian and I watched semifinal yesterday. Evridiki was at least better than Bulgary (no fense) or Hungary (once again - no fense) Eastern countries voted for each other, thats why they passed. I voted for Georgia, Serbia and Macedonia not because they are close to us, but because they were the best for me. I thought Evridiki will pass, but I'm mistaken - because of politics and other stupid stuff

Inspite of my previous comment, this is a far superior entry to this year's Greek entry. Also it sounds more European, while the Greek entry is seriously arabiesque! Also the artist looks more Greek than the one representing Greece. It sounds better everytime I hear it.

At first I was a little bit doubtful - a Cypriot entry in French? But after 30 seconds I was totally convinced - this is definitely the BEST entry EVER from Cyprus! Stunningly good song - well performed and definitely up there with Buglaria, Spain and Ukraine as one of the strongest entries this year. GO CYPRUS! May I ask if you're French? Yes, Evridiki is a great singer and very pretty too ;-) In the past she even had one of her songs featured in MTV! Just like many Greek-Cypriot singers she's having a great career in Greece and she's well-known in both countries (I'm Greek myself)

Why it is sung in French is a little bit ambigious- most probably the politics of esc. 12pts from Greece and 12 pts from France so you start the contest with 24 pts in your pockets! Good strategy- but next time try to send a better song so you'll have more chances.

At first I was a little bit doubtful - a Cypriot entry in French? But after 30 seconds I was totally convinced - this is definitely the BEST entry EVER from Cyprus! Stunningly good song - well performed and definitely up there with Buglaria, Spain and Ukraine as one of the strongest entries this year. GO CYPRUS! I hope Cyprus will do very well this year and send a message that you do not need to sing in English to do well. French works a lot better, a mon avis. Love from London!!! BISOUX!

First of all it's not an Englishvision, it's a Eurovision... so we can sing in every language we want.

May I ask if you're French? Yes, Evridiki is a great singer and very pretty too ;-) In the past she even had one of her songs featured in MTV! Just like many Greek-Cypriot singers she's having a great career in Greece and she's well-known in both countries (I'm Greek myself)

Why it is sung in French is a little bit ambigious- most probably the politics of esc. 12pts from Greece and 12 pts from France so you start the contest with 24 pts in your pockets! Good strategy- but next time try to send a better song so you'll have more chances.
