I found this video just now and I have to agree with the one user wanting a tutorial. Searching youtube for a radio ballet tutorial yields only one find, butt it's in pretty bad quality. Besides, if you did such a beatiful job of playing simply by playing by ear, I got the outmost trust in that you could deliver a very good tutorial. :)
This is kind of a perfect tutorial, just watch the keys that she plays, and pause it and go back if you have to ;) (That's what I'm gonna do!)
