'Isabelle' is the other woman and she's saying how Isabelle and the guy are happy in their world of 'poems and paintings' but she wants to cheat with him even if it's 'incorrect'... It's like if you stood in front of a mirror and asked a bully why they bullied you and what they think you should do about it- it's just your mirror, but it allows you to get it out of your head... That may be what she /wanted/ to say to the woman about her feelings.

When she mentions how she can't push him away , I believe she can't resist him so she just keeps loving him. She also mentions how it feels alright, so I don't think she's talking about rape.
