The fact is Obama's record thus far reflects more active political leadership than any president before him and Cenk's unspecific comments don't indicate what Obama should have done instead. Ironically the comments themselves are reactionary rather than forward looking.

Although I can appreciate the concern that if Obama gets involved it may polarize this issue, in the end I have to say who gives a flying fuck if it does. This is a deliberate political assault on a key Obama base. Basically I think what everyone else is commenting. He doesn't act like a leader of any sort, and he should, especially when something as significant as collective bargaining for government employees is at stake. Obama is too concerned with what the Republican party is using as libel this week to take any decisive stance on anything. He's a pussy.

@kenwatch77 Republican in 2012 then. See how that works. Cenk isn't always right either. He was wrong about Saudi Arabia. KSA has probably dealt with more internal Terrorim than the US has recently. Oh and I was a contractor there, so I know.
