Before you reply to a comment, make sure you know what you're replying to, I never referred to Christianity, or any faith for that matter as a "fantasy", my underlying argument is that I believe the Cristian church, as a whole, is corrupt. And no, I don't believe every single thing is the Bible, most of it, sure, but it was written by men, and mankind, as a species, is corrupt. Sure people can say that the Bible was inspired by God, but that doesn't mean it was written by God.

God gave free will to man kind, right? Before you reply to a comment, make sure you know what you're replying to, I never referred to Christianity, or any faith for that matter as a "fantasy", my underlying argument is that I believe the Cristian church, as a whole, is corrupt. And no, I don't believe every single thing is the Bible, most of it, sure, but it was written by men, and mankind, as a species, is corrupt. Sure people can say that the Bible was inspired by God, but that doesn't mean it was written by God.

Besides, if God inspired the Bible, and He is omnipotent, why couldn't he have made sure that the hand of man wrote the Bible to make sure that His meaning or words said what He meant to say, instead of allowing them to be corrupted by man, to allow man to put his own interpretation on them, if He wanted His word to say what He meant it to say?

God gave free will to man kind, right? So if that's true, and He essentailly forced men to write what He wanted in the Bible, as you've suggested He did, then that would be in direct violation of the belief that he gave mankind free will. And the way I see it, if any part of the Bible is false, then none of it is credible and if that is the way the Bible came to be, then that would mean that God himself went against his own word. It's one of those all or nothing scenarios.
