IMO I'd go for Maxpedition for hard use overbuilt quality gear that is well designed for both conventional and modular load bearing. Pacsafe is great for the average Joe who wants his/her stuff secure. I think the mesh guard is a great idea. If only you could combine both Maxpedition design/build quality, and Pacsafe mesh technology it may appeal to more people.
@lockheed123 Not everyone wants to look like G.I. Joe when they're abroad -- in some places that can really turn people off from you. Inconspicuous and secure is the goal; it's not like I plan on doing barrel rolls and crawling around in the dirt when I'm on vacation.
