when i enter my rpgmaker it said that this application has failed rgssd.ellnot found.

its RGSS102E.dll probbably, search on google for "RGSS102E.dll Download" and you should find it. Put that into "C:\Windows\System 32"

you have to extract that file and put it into the C:\Program Files\Enterbrain\RMXP folder.

If you have Vista, here's your solution: Go to C:\Program Files\Enterbrain\RPGXP\ Right click on "RPGXP.exe" Select "Properties" Click on the "Compatibility" tab Change the Compatibility mode to Windows XP (Service Pack 2) On the same tab, look further down, and check the box [•] "Run this program as an administrator" Click "Apply," then "OK" Go to C:\Program Files\Enterbrain\RPGXP\System\ Right click on "Game.exe" and repeat. Now, RPG Maker should function properly.

This is suppose to tell you where to put everything you want to add and how to fix the very common error of "cannot contact ntitles server." The website I had hosted the event tutorial is down, so I'm working on putting it up on my site. If this didn't help you, sorry, it was made to help out people who needed it.
