If you are referring to the fact that the Sleepers did not fire on my Hulk then no. Only a day after this footage was taken, my Hulk was blown to smithereens by Sleepers, so it's not a reproducible glitch. And if it was, I would've bugreported it back then.

@iLeo4 any system is good in mining but if you really warna know.
Find a system with not many people in it and alot of belts preferable in 0.5 if you wish to mine in high sec.
If you want to mine in low sec again find a system with not many in it mine some rare ores train for cloaked transporter and delieaver them to high sec from time to time.
If you want to mine in null sec....... thats where the rarest of ores are.... find a big alliance.

Not directly (as in money pouring into your wallet as you are mining). Money comes from selling the mined minerals on the market, or using them to build other things that you sell. So indirectly, yes mining gives you money.

All wormholes have the potential for a lot of Bistot, actually most I've been in do have a large amount of Arkanor and Bistot with very few sleepers defending these deposits.
@gamerx112 The way it works is each gun fires seperately doing its own damage. however if you group the guns they fire together and the damage they do is added together before it is displayed.

directional scanner shows cloaked targets aswell i believe and there is a delay between when they uncloak and when they can lock you so if you are aligned as soon as they uncloak you hit warp and you're gone before they even target you, also cov op's aren't the hardiest of

what i mostly do is, i have an alt who flies a hulk with a few amazing mining skills and my main character is a mission runner. 2 accounts with CCPs new Power of 2 payment system and just run both whilst doing missions on one and switching over every now and then to the miner

As it stands, mining in itself is pretty mind numbingly boring. It's the rare moments where you find some rare ores that are worth it.
I personally hope for some mining overhaul in the coming expansion, because as it stands, mining is seriously boring unless you're in an op and hanging on Vent :D

Yes. You create something out of nothing. Mining is creating something from the raw materials of EvE and transforming it into something beautiful - money, or items.
I have to admidt, there is high value material in wormholes for mining. But if you want to maximize your profits. Rating the sleepers should be your goal. You can bring in over a billion Isk a day if you know how to handle them.
@oyrp70 miners take in the bueaty of things if you can't draw you can't understand. to me i like mining and pvp. To be honest i would mine all day laying back doing nothing and just enjoy it. I usually watch tv or play other games and still make a relatively good buck.
This is exactly what i did when the wormholes came out. I was mining in 0.5 systems alone and i decited to try out scanning and looking for wormholes and plexe's. Eventually i found this one specific level 2 wormhole system always spawned in empire and always spawned in the same systems in empire or close. So i decited to make my own corp and now i have setup a Medium Sansha Tower fully equipped. I have made a ton of money mining the arkonor and bistot. I've made like 1 billion in 1-2 weeks
I quit for like 3 months and recently i got my account active for 1 day to buy a GTC and before i quit i moved my POS out of course but i left my char in the system with a scanning ship and sure enough its still empty the system wasnt even active i had to wait for it to turn on. So i dont think anyone knows or cares about that system lol. Which is good for me.
Hey I don't know much about this game, can someone explain the aim of it. From what I see it's an MMO where you control ships and space, but do you only have one ship or can you control an entire fleet by yourself. Oh and what happens when your ships gets destroyed? sorry for all the noobie questions, I just want to know a bit more ^^
The point is to have fun, no end game raiding, no endless story line to follow, just a lot of stuff to do with plenty of stuff to explore, with friends.
You can only fly one ship at a time.
When your ship blows up your left in your pod, basically a second chance to escape, if your pod dies, your sent to a station where a clone is waiting for you.
If you wanna try it out they have a free trail on the EVE website, you can also get the game with it.

That sucks. I use to play WoW, but then I found this, and now that I think about it, I've never heard of anyone being hacked, I'm sure its happened but still, and well frankly CCP is pretty awesome about it, just last month they deleted like 3000 gold farmer accounts. So there pretty cool when it comes to all that.

what i mostly do is, i have an alt who flies a hulk with a few amazing mining skills and my main character is a mission runner. 2 accounts with CCPs new Power of 2 payment system and just run both whilst doing missions on one and switching over every now and then to the miner

As it stands, mining in itself is pretty mind numbingly boring. It's the rare moments where you find some rare ores that are worth it.
I personally hope for some mining overhaul in the coming expansion, because as it stands, mining is seriously boring unless you're in an op and hanging on Vent :D

Sitting and watching the astroids are quite enjoyable, even when they start talking, plus siting in the calmness of drifting in 0.0sec space, where no one can hear your scream for hel- I mean your voice. <_< Dont mind those footsteps behind your door...Dont mind them at all.

Well, it is probably the highest profit activity in EVE related to risk, as there is VERY low risk in mining, but often Huge profit.

I have to admidt, there is high value material in wormholes for mining. But if you want to maximize your profits. Rating the sleepers should be your goal. You can bring in over a billion Isk a day if you know how to handle them.

@oyrp70 miners take in the bueaty of things if you can't draw you can't understand. to me i like mining and pvp. To be honest i would mine all day laying back doing nothing and just enjoy it. I usually watch tv or play other games and still make a relatively good buck.

This is exactly what i did when the wormholes came out. I was mining in 0.5 systems alone and i decited to try out scanning and looking for wormholes and plexe's. Eventually i found this one specific level 2 wormhole system always spawned in empire and always spawned in the same systems in empire or close. So i decited to make my own corp and now i have setup a Medium Sansha Tower fully equipped. I have made a ton of money mining the arkonor and bistot. I've made like 1 billion in 1-2 weeks

I quit for like 3 months and recently i got my account active for 1 day to buy a GTC and before i quit i moved my POS out of course but i left my char in the system with a scanning ship and sure enough its still empty the system wasnt even active i had to wait for it to turn on. So i dont think anyone knows or cares about that system lol. Which is good for me.

Hey I don't know much about this game, can someone explain the aim of it. From what I see it's an MMO where you control ships and space, but do you only have one ship or can you control an entire fleet by yourself. Oh and what happens when your ships gets destroyed? sorry for all the noobie questions, I just want to know a bit more ^^

The point is to have fun, no end game raiding, no endless story line to follow, just a lot of stuff to do with plenty of stuff to explore, with friends.
You can only fly one ship at a time.
When your ship blows up your left in your pod, basically a second chance to escape, if your pod dies, your sent to a station where a clone is waiting for you.
If you wanna try it out they have a free trail on the EVE website, you can also get the game with it.

Hey thanks for the answer. I used to play a lot of MMO, more RPGs. I stopped playing WoW when my account was hacked so I gave up on anymore onlinbe-only games. I'll just keep playing my 360 and regular PC games instead. But thanks, hope you get a Titan (That's the only thing I know is really awesome in the game ^^)

That sucks. I use to play WoW, but then I found this, and now that I think about it, I've never heard of anyone being hacked, I'm sure its happened but still, and well frankly CCP is pretty awesome about it, just last month they deleted like 3000 gold farmer accounts. So there pretty cool when it comes to all that.
but ya, have fun with the your gaming. :)
