@dragonclawmma no pits at St Rocke- this is the "upscale preppy" venue of Hermosa/Redondo, I highly doubt much of the local scene were even there this night (know I couldn't get a ticket despite living a mile away). Mike said it in this clip- "big guest list" kinda thing. We still have a decent punk scene, nofx obviously doesn't spend much time in the south bay to realize that tho. Punk lives at the VFW

@PunkinRB  - Yeah.. I went to see The Darlings there a few weeks back.. and got that "upscale preppy" crowd vibe. Haven't been to the VFW but saw a few videos from there, and it looks like a cool little place, might check it out some time. Thanks.
