@supermar1050 you pretty much cancel out all forward or backward momentum by pushing up. it takes time to find out just the right ammount of pressure to apply against the wall though.

bro, u really need to work on your rolls that way you wont strain and sprain as much stuff, but your dashes and precisions look pretty epic. no worries though becuase its the exact opposite situation for me
So what kind of training would you recomend for a guy who would like to get into PK? I'm not all that strong or fast so that's a given but what else shouls I work on? Any specifics?
well specifics for parkour in general is hard but if you wanna get into parkour start with a lot of precision jumps and learn the basic vaults @ your own pace. strength endurance and speed is ofcource always needed in great quantity but for starters just train the basic tecniques alot
hum, that was just what i felt i needed, for a while i was limping beacuse i had been training to hard so obviously i needed a break.
I have a more difficult problem atm, a compresion wound on my ankle that doesn't feel better despite resting it, not sure what caused it and not even sure if it's serious or not :S :(
