  • keep the flow going.... tensing up and hesitating will cause u not to progress as much... i've only been free running for bout four to five months.... ;) learned how to do flips... good luck!!

  • @supermar1050 you pretty much cancel out all forward or backward momentum by pushing up. it takes time to find out just the right ammount of pressure to apply against the wall though.

  • känner ni för att komma och träna Parkour på riktigt så håller jag lektioner via Aktiv Ungdom varje fredag kl 17-18:30 i Vanningens sporthall i Vellinge (precis brevid hållplatsen Vellinge ängar!)

  • For 1/2 years training you should be at a higher level, if you watch one of my videos which is called 'Waynefield' he's been training a year, you should atleast be nearly as good as him. But then again Parkour isn't about competition. But still, most of these things could be done with atleast a months training.

  • pretty good parkour. you should work on your pressitions a little, try not to "drop your heels down" ...and if i were you, i would throw in some free running skills, try some inverted stuff. other than that, great stuff man!

    but one thing man In the whole vid u did only 2 rolls both on soft surfaces which is not a very good roll training u gotta try jumping from a high place onto a hard surface to test ur roll =)

  • Du gillar nyvångsskoolan? hha det finns inga bra ställen i lödde att köra parkour på egentligen. Du sätter sakerna snyggt, men det ser ju inte lika häftigt när man inte hoppar runt på ett höghus :D

  • great vaults but when u try to do vault to precision like onto a raling ive noticed uve wobbled alot sometimes so great improvement but work on your balance!! :]

  • it's 1 1/2 year ago when you start parkour... for this some landings are really bad!... some moves are reale good, specialy the "passe mureiles"

  • hey compliments on your techniques, i particularly liked your Saut de Chat to Precision, it takes balls to perform even a small one. I also liked your control of the movements. My advice will be the same as

    Halfasianguru, i notice too that when i trust in myself i can make speed before vaults a lot easier. Only I'd take another type of music...

  • dude not a bad video but heres a tip you seem very unsure of yourself cause when you go to vault you hesitate and put your hands down very hesitantly like your afraid of falling. have more trust in yourself. your very good at parkour just try and make it flow and keep it steady.

  • bro, u really need to work on your rolls that way you wont strain and sprain as much stuff, but your dashes and precisions look pretty epic. no worries though becuase its the exact opposite situation for me

  • So what kind of training would you recomend for a guy who would like to get into PK? I'm not all that strong or fast so that's a given but what else shouls I work on? Any specifics?

  • well specifics for parkour in general is hard but if you wanna get into parkour start with a lot of precision jumps and learn the basic vaults @ your own pace. strength endurance and speed is ofcource always needed in great quantity but for starters just train the basic tecniques alot

  • hum, that was just what i felt i needed, for a while i was limping beacuse i had been training to hard so obviously i needed a break.

    I have a more difficult problem atm, a compresion wound on my ankle that doesn't feel better despite resting it, not sure what caused it and not even sure if it's serious or not :S :(
