hey i have been out from training for a year, because bad shoulder n lower back anyway i am working on improving my posture and by stretching my pecs and strengthening my lower traps, rhoboids and S.A. my posture is improving but my shoulder tissuses at front of my shoulder is messed up still. i did a few sets of lat pull downs and now my bicepital tendon (i think it is that and nothing else) is on hurting again how can i improve this? ive been icing it and heating it?
This is tremendously educational and helpful in my home rehab. Getting back to the basis of how and why we carry our bodies the way we do is so important. Thank you.

When progressing with L's and P's should we use traditional loading like with the T's or isometric holds like with the Y's?

Each letter represents the shape your arms and torso make while doing the movements. Think YMCA dance!

Hello, Can and should weights be added to this exercise?

Yes!
It's always a good idea to add load and progress an exercise.
