I read somewhere that the last thing that Grey Fox did when he died, was to ask Liquid to tell Naomi that it was he (Grey) who murdered both of her parents. So Snake was probably trying to approach her to feel out how she would react and whether he should really tell her. This must also be the reason why he drops Grey Fox's name, Jäger, and she goes *huh* that moment, because this is who has raised her up as a child.

Perhaps Snake just questions her because he knows or suspects she is involved in the incident and is likely to know more than anyone else he could ask. Didn't Baker or someone mention her earlier in the game?

OH! And on that cutscene, when Mantis' spirit is ascending, hold L1 even when it doesn't show it, do it while the Sorrow is saying "The spirit of the warrior will always be with you." You should see him at the same moment. ;)

No, he doesn't mean on MGS4. You can play PlayStation 1 games such as Metal Gear Solid on the PS3. The normal PS3 controller doesn't have vibation, so when Mantis makes it vibrate, he really doesn't when he thinks he does.
