Most people start out by trying to get the ball up and THEN throw their foot around it. The trick is to bring your leg up and over the ball. While you're bringing your leg up, the ball goes a little higher than your foot. That's when you should keep moving your foot around the ball. Chances are, you're giving the ball too much room. Keep it close to your leg and your foot. Lessen the distance you're wrapping around. Cheers!

its simple. i find it easier to do while juggling tho. actually nah.. its the same. good example of how to do it tho. but 1 point that i think you should of pointed out is its only 1 movement. its not a kick up the try and put your foot around it. you push your foot up and kick the ball at the same time.
