I agree, but just the way they present their DVDs is what attracts me to there training. They used alot of "action movie" shots. I guess thats marketing for you :D, but I don't doubt the training of others.

I've taken the Handgun I class from Magpul Dynamics. Costa is an excellent charismatic instructor. I walked away feeling as though I was a better shooter. There were several people there that were past the basic skill level and I feel we all learned a lot. I'm pretty sure you'll love it.

Depends which type of arthritis my friend, there's dozen's of different types of arthritis. I see a natural doctor & she told me its due to over stress on your immune system. Hypertension, muscle stiffness, joint pain, psoriasis, eczema...etc all due to stress. North American Ginseng (cold ginseng) is good to balance the overheated immune system. Also eating less red meat & eating vegetables to get your pH balance alkaline helps a great deal. In the end one needs to relax & breathe. Be well
