@UnperfectisPerfect they cost alot because they are not a widely advertised brand and they are designer which means more thought went into the design of how they were sewn together. So the stitching on designer jeans are reinforced with very heavy weight thread, whereas the stictching on fashion jeans is done with regular thread. Usually any decorations are attached with hot glue rather than adhesive...the cotton is 100% rather than polyester blend.
