@xoxsofixox same here! But the classic iron rich foods are meat, some seafoods and especially beef and chicken liver (heme iron). Non-heme iron from vegetables is not as bioavailable as heme iron, so animal sources of iron are better than vegetable ones. I don't think you can get your iron level to normal with just food if you are already diagnosted with an iron deficiency, but that is something your doc knows better than me! :)

@Tyson909 If it wasn't for the fact that they put everything on the bottom side, I'd say you could use the baking paper to help you. If it helps, think of it like the Sorted Sushi recipe video a few weeks back, keep the filling simple, and go slowly.
Also, if you don't eat it all in one siting, will putting it in the fridge make it blech? Should you only make it if you have enough people to finish it?

@aichawr Occasionally we have to re-deliver a line or two (especially when Jamie makes it completely inappropriate!) but the recipes are simple enough that they turn out fine.

I have a challenge for you guys!
Ok so, there are a lot of food allergys in my family which makes cooking something that everyone can eat well... almost imposible.
So heres the challenge, make/find a yummy dinner type recipe that does not include ANY of their food allergys.
The food allergys are: Wheat, Corn, milk, egg, peanuts, vanila, cocconut, hazelnuts, and other tree nuts.

Do you guys ever re-tape a video? Like if the food turned out wrong and you have to start over! Or do you keep a secret plan b in the fridge or something :-)

@aichawr Occasionally we have to re-deliver a line or two (especially when Jamie makes it completely inappropriate!) but the recipes are simple enough that they turn out fine.
