I a system like this. . It's pretty good but I made a slight variation to it that worked better because it was 100 per cent positive.I got the idea to give a gold card to a child that did something i particularly liked. At the end of the day the 3 or 4 students who had the most gold cards got a small treat. I soon realized that the golden tickets were more effective than the red card system and dropped it in favour of a reward system based on the gold cards alone.
