  • Oh hai! Have you thought about the Fat Blast Furnace (search on google)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my cooworker burned a lot of unwanted fat.

  • love this guys confidence

  • Your microwave cuts your chicken?

  • No washing hands!...:O

just kiddin...i admire wat hes doin ;)

  • Hi! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some super things about it and my work buddy got detailed 6 pack abs and lost a lot of fat with it.

  • Gorgeous kitchen!!!!

  • where is the fat???????????????????????????

  • @underpedz818 It's obviously in your lazy ass you hater! Seriously, I'm still laughing about your channel! Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaaha

  • @superscorpionking90 It's all good scumbag i enjoy it and how does it feel to never be able to gain any muscle no matter what you do :))

  • Dude, BTW! You are skinny as hell, you really need to add fat to your diet!!!!

  • @underpedz818 Dude seriously - get off this channel and go back to your foot fetish! Everyone, you've got to check this douchebag's channel out...hahahah....loves chick pop songs and videos of feet, I shit you not!!! Jeff's the man and you've got no idea what you're talking about. Thumb this up so everyone gets to see your embarrassing videos!

  • @underpedz818 i wouldnt call him skinny, he just has a shitload of lean muscle mass

  • The bottom line is this! If you do any eating to try and burn fat, your not gonna gain any "new" muscle mass! Eat large and train heavy, and do your cardio, then you can eat a ton of food and not worry about gaining to much weight!! Doesn't anyone know how to eat anymore????

  • instead of microwave, you can put the vegetables in a pot with a bit of water and boil it for a bit. you get a better taste. its a bit more work, but if you dont like microwaving, that's an alternative.

  • When I win the lottery I might be able to try this

  • the one over ripe banana turned into a bunch of yellow bananas after he turned the microwave on.

  • Dude, you gotta get away from that microwave shit!! It ruins your food!

  • wow judging on his house, he makes quite a bit of money from selling athleanx

  • @ivoryperezuk *has been shown to generate.... xxxxxxxxx

  • frozen food cooked in microwave? Not impressive at all. Surely there are onther ways to prepare a healthy meal!

  • @MrSzabi84 the point is that its short and simple and tastes great and still healthy

  • i see a lot of wine, someone likes to party

  • i love you man. ive been doing your athleanx for 3 weeks... and i SEE SOOO MANY CHANGES!! i am doing a 90 day video. from day 1 to the finish line.. and im gonna do it a second time !!

  • Nice video man. I liked the clean house the best =)

  • @JDCav24 .. may i ask, what did you study in college and what is your profession? I'm looking to become a personal trainer, but they don't get payed very well.

  • I eat lots more veg than this... brocolli, beans, carrots... that's just the way I do it. I LOVE veg! Also, you're losing nutrients (and flavour) by nuking stuff all the time... best to get fresh veg if you can.

  • Dude, you BLOW MY MIND! I never knew how to get a plate and put my food on it like that! That's where i've been going wrong, just slopping it down on the floor!

  • So you walk in from being out all day with socks....good acting

  • See thats all great if you have money to shop at cosco lol ide love to see someone make a weeks meal plan breakfast lunch and dinner 7 days for 75$. or less. most the time my weeks $100 has to feed two peaple we dont eat well. he probably eats 5 times a day and his food bill is $500 everytime he shops..

  • @dunkingonutz This is such an innovative idea. A lot of these people take different people's salaries into NO account. And it's very unfair and excluding. Being fit and ripped isn't just a privileged lifestyle like this person's. There are ways around the costs.

  • NICE HOUSE.that was all i was thinking through out

  • after 6/7 minutes later it got dark outside.i am just saying.....

    gud video!

  • @IonicBrothers lol! that was def not 6-7 minutes later. I bet it was in the microwave, he went out to grab a quick workout. and came back and played the video again. haha

  • it's weird seeing guys with skinny face and a big body

  • Is it ok to eat a chicken breast daily for supper? I bought these, they're like 99% fat free... from Costco...

  • @TheEsotericDesi hey man, how many chicen breasts do you eat a day??

  • @kingsaf90 One...

  • i love how he walks in with just a t shirt on even though its obviously winter

  • these food looks disgusting

  • what a beautiful kitchen...

  • dude has a lovely house

  • @ThunderStruck1824 because he has muscles, and he's healthy. One thing i've noticed is that getting a great body means your 'driven'. Chances are people with great bodies aren't only driven in that one aspect. They are in all aspects of life, they strive for greatness. In a way their bodies are a metaphor for their life in general.

  • u have so much fresh fruit, that cant possibly all get eaten fast enough to not ruin

  • Usually I take my shoes off first, but that can be hard to do when you don't have any on!

  • I just pre-pack rice, mixed vege and chicken/tuna/turkey meals in snap lock boxes.Convenient and easy.

  • the food selection are good but the microwave process is very unhealthy i reakon.

  • I bet his wife films him.

  • He prepares the plate when there's daylight but 6 minutes later it's suddenly pitch black?

  • good diet tips but the microwave has gotta go..you are better off eating the food cold...why? because the goodness has already been cooked away, a second cooking process will kill off any leftover goodness. Read a book by Rifat-"remote viewing". you will never use a microwave again!

  • good vid except the shitty music at the start way 2 loud!

  • nice house are u a banker as well as a body builder

  • wait... so I film myself while preparing my dinner....? that's probably why I've been such a lardo all these years

    <3

  • Dude I could be doing with a fridge like that : ) I want one : )

  • DAMN!... who pressed the rec button? :O

  • Man! you're popular in the frozen dept. Gordon Ramsay would have a fit if He saw your fridge :)

  • so i've got a couple questions.

    1. 1 chicken breast doesn't seem like enough protein if you want to build muscle. Any comments on that?

    2. Also, how effective are frozen vegetables. i look at the nutrition and you may get some vitamin a, or c, but that doesn't seem like enough to help build muscle. Any comments on that? thanks.

  • The Idea is good and gets you organized especially if you have a busy working day

  • Dude, how much money do you and your wife make to own a house like that????

  • what about meats? 4 Ib or 6 ibs, if you workout alot

  • so is that ronnie colemans secret just wait on the ...PING

  • Your banana was rotting, but after the micro-waving they multiplied and ripened too! Smooth..

  • Hey! i need some help! Im pure vegetarian and need help making a veggie weekly meal plan! Please message if if you can help out! Thanks!

  • i made a beat with my sister 10 dollars i could get abs my christmas and i need some advieeee plzz reply!

  • cribs: athlean x style

  • @JDCav 24 how many calories do you normally eat every day?

  • @wilder0014 I don't recommend any protein bars because they are so far from organic. They have a lot of sugars and most of the carbs in them can't be considered "good" carbs.

  • What protein bar would you recommend?

  • what if ur 17 and don't handle the food? :<

  • you have a nice house :)

  • i'm 15 i can't get this.

  • @SantaUndeadTube tell your parents to buy it for you

  • first thats seems like a lot of food if you should be eating about 5-6 times a day. second, do people eat like that, like i mean, its totally frozen rock solid. fine, thats good for a day, but what about the rest of the 364 days! frozen frozen frozen?

  • Awesome meal plan but you just came into your house like Mr Rogers haha

  • thanks this was helpful...keep the intro short thou

  • hey how to break sugar adiction?

  • @Luciek69 Get enough long lasting carbonhydrates, I have just broken a horrible sugar adiction in about 3 weeks. Eat wholegrain bread, wholegrain rice, oatmeals, wholegrain pasta. These long digestive carbonhydrates will keep your bloodsugar balanced over a long time, and you won't feel the urger for fast sugar. Things with natural healthy sugar that takes the edge off. Fruit is brilliant for this. And eat often, eat before you become "hungry" - this way you avoid the tremendous lust for sugar.

  • @asvid Thanks. Do you eat no sugar at all now? I have to go could turkey on this.

  • @Luciek69 Your most likely not getting enough sleep or have to much to do in a day- If this is the case go to bed a few hours earlier, and make a good plan of the day that way your not having to do 5 things at 1 time. If this is a proper addiction- contact your doctor to take about it with him or her (there's no shame in it) or go for the sugar free stuff, diet coke that sorta stuff. Hope this helps and let me know how you get on! Thanks --ace

  • @acetoxicCOD Spot on. I am over tired. I have no energy at all. A year ago I stopped playing tennis competitively and now I am fatter, lazier and not doing any regular exercise at all only work work and more work. My diet is terrible all sugar, processed carbs.

Thanks for your help. Today is my 1st day without sugar. I need to get back on track.

  • @Luciek69 good for you mate! Best of luck with it and I hope it goes well, you gunna start tennis again? It will help a lot. Let me know how you do! Good luck again --ace

  • I trust you, not because you're ripped, or because you sound like you know what you're talking about, but because you have labs. Great pets.

  • I always feel weird seeing different types of forks and spoons.

It's like "ew, you're not using the same fork as me."

  • hey i know this might sound stupid but is the chinese food healty?

  • @israfales85 No, it's full in salt.

  • where is the bread and the cheese?

  • @ilthemsc: Focus on crabs before a workout and protein after a workout. Heck, I am doing just that. Throw in some fruits and vegetables and you are good to go.

  • nice place

  • it might take 6 minutes to cook, but it takes 2 hours to prepare!!

  • The dog is probably cleaner than some of you turds..

  • you did not wash your hands after touching the dog! eww!

  • the microwave just kill most of the nutrients so how is it healthy?

  • Why do people look for bodybuilding tips on youtube? Do you guys not know there are countless bodybuilding forums where you can search and find answers to all your questions? If you can't than just make a post about it on a forum. Youtube is not the place to go for info on this stuff people. Not saying anything bad about the dude in the video, just saying...

  • @TheMusclesmagee Yeah but its more fun to see it in action :D

  • @RaptureRiddimz lol...yeah I guess that one reason.

  • sounds tastey

  • which is better eating before gymming or eating after gymming ?

  • @salvation141 after

  • @salvation141 eat something high in complex carbs like oatmeal or whole grain pasta a couple hours before a workout if you want.

  • @salvation141

ideally, you should have 2-3 meals before your workout *for energy* and eat after you workout within 30 minutes.

  • The first thing you should do when you walk in is wash your hands!

  • @andwegoon especialy after he touched the dogs mouth! absolutely minging! yuk!

  • @pigsy65 hes a man, what do ya expect

  • @pigsy65: No. This is part of the muscle plan. Do you want to do it correctly or not? You must touch a dogs mouth before preparing the food and not wash your hands. It's as easy as that

  • @andwegoon good one hahaahha

  • @andwegoon hmm no...... you take a piss

  • its ok to eat carbs at night ???????????????

  • @jesse77565 your going to have to eat carbohydrates sometime, whether you like it or not, but attempt to avoid them at all costs. And no, if anytime is good for carbohydrates it would be before intense excersize because they are your bodies most easily burnt form of energy.

  • the dog is like, hey give me some attention already!

  • Awesome video man,keep it up :)

  • What would happen to a performer who was really healthy and they had a some really bad food? Say a big kebab, Would the body react while eating it, if so how?

  • @efcthomasregan: He would throw it up and lose pretty much any and all nutrients he had just ingested. Not a good idea.

  • Is fried chicken ok to eat or no?

  • @gadgetsforyou obv not. anything fried is bad for u

  • @gadgetsforyou: Grill that shit.

  • Jef you rock brother. Thanks for sharing your knowledge brother. way to pay it forward.

  • this is more realistic than others sayin eat six meals a day. Thumbs up !!!

  • longest 7 min ever went from light outside to pitch black in 7 min.

  • @noblewordz wow

  • How do I make the popcorn ? I don't understand the thing he says before cinnamon. LOL

  • how bout washing your hands dude after coming home from outside when you want to cook specially after touching the dogg..?

  • @abuubayd: It's part of the meal plan. Are you into doing this or not? You must touch a dog's mouth before preparing the food you will be eating. Simple as that.

  • where da fuck is ur wife???? shes never home

  • @payasozavala filming probably

  • @payasozavala She's tied up to the bed waiting for him in her negligee lol.

  • 1st thing to do is wash hands if you have been out all day...lol

  • your kitchen is nice I like it

  • overripe banana and fungus on the oranges, lol!

  • 8 Pigs prefer mcdonalds

  • hey jeff, i got a few questions: im currently training to get a better looking body, im training 4 times a week and try to eat as good as possible, the thing is even while i eat no bad stuff i can't seem to lose that last bit of fat on my lower belly. Got any tips on that?

same goes for my chest. Does that mean i have to train it more often or is it just my diet that isn't doing it's job? i gained 3 kg of muscle this month, but i still got this little belly haha, thnx for ur time.

  • dude, nice house! Great nutritional advice too.

  • Isn't fairly bad to be eating so many frozen foods and not enough fresh meats, fruits, and vegetables. Not just the benefits of eating fresher foods, but those Costco bulk size companies generally get their products from suppliers that use chemicals on the veggies/fruit and anitbiotics/hormones in the meat.

  • @BTBinLA I'm no expert but frozen vegetables are actually much better for you than fresh, That is of course unless you are sourcing these fresh fruits and vegetables from your own back garden. Frozen vegetables are frozen at source and so keep their nutrition during transit and storage. 'Fresh' vegetables from supermarkets etc actually travel a long way and are stored for ages before they get to your plate and are constantly losing their nutritional benefits.

  • Great diet plan.

  • 8 ppl prefers mcdonals

  • @vasbyollu and 8 ppl like ur comment :P

  • @vasbyollu and one person can't spell...

  • @vasbyollu hahaha.... 8 ppl prefer mcdonalds made my day!

  • how much onion and garlic did you use and is it possible that i fry it instead because my oven is kinda broken...please reply much appreciated!

  • @mazin2892 I've worked in kitchens for a long time and I see no reason why you can't pan fry it, it's a pretty simple dish and nutritionally there isn't much difference. It's easier to just throw it all in the oven and leave it. Just make sure you use very little oil/butter and if you do use oil, olive oil is better to use than other types

  • great videos. is white rice good enough or should i strictly stay with brown rice?

  • @cultakawtkk brown rice, normal rice isn't far as good

  • @cultakawtkk brown rice is better for you in terms of nutrients and fibre, but it will also take longer to cook. White rice will be fine as long as you are getting further nutrients elsewhere but I'd say brown rice is definitely preferred

  • Any tips to lose extra body fat?

  • why sweet potatoe and not regular potatoe??

  • @arsenalcobain 7-ounce white potato with skin: 220 calories, 5g protein, 51g carbs, 20mg calcium, 115mg phosphorus, 2.8mg iron, 16mg sodium, 844mg potassium, 4g fiber, .22mg thiamin, .07mg riboflavin, 3.3mg niacin, 16mg vitamin C

    7-ounce sweet potato: 208 calories, 3.5g protein, 49g carbs, 56mg calcium, 110mg phosphorus, 1mg iron, 20mg sodium, 693mg potassium, 5g fiber, 4350 RE vitamin A, .14mg thiamin, .13mg riboflavin, 1.2mg niacin, 49mg vitamin C.

  • @arsenalcobain sweet potatoes are a good source of vitamin A, and have a little more vitamin C and calcium (but less iron) than white potatoes; otherwise they're pretty much equal
