  • Bullshit Patricia Dahlquist's song came out better....I don't even know who she is....enough said.

  • Paul Davis never disappointed as a singer or a writer. Good stuff.

  • @Triplethreat Patricia Dahlquist did a decent job with song but not even close to Paul Davis's Version, did you know he was even responsible for getting her her contract with cbs records shame she was a one hit wonder but Paul Davis Wrote Thousands Of Songs for Motown And Pop Music And Has An Array Of Hits.

  • wow music will never be the same like like this i wish music could be like this! thx @Pauleyh2 for this gem share!

  • so that's why this song still sticks to my head. because paul Davis wrote this. cool!!!!

  • I only knew of the Patricia Dahlquist version. This one (the original) is so different. Love both of them, but Patricia had the hit version (in Canada at least) - it's sort of Abba-esque. This one though is darned fine too!

  • beleive it or not, but Patricia Dahlquist is my voice teacher :) she told me that her version and his came out at the same time but everybody liked her's way better. But he wrote it. Amazing isn't she? I'm so blessed to see her 5 days a week ;) LOVE YOU PAT!

  • If Patricia is your voice teacher you are going to be a star someday.

  • I've only heard of Patricia Dahlquist version also.

This version is very sexy (maybe it's Paul Davis' voice? lol).

Thank you for exposing me to something "new."

  • Oh man. You're killing me with the memories. *sigh*

  • Very cool song! Had no clue Paul Davis wrote this. I only knew the Patricia Dahlquist version, until now.

  • was paul davis married? is he survived by any kids? RIP paul...u r sadly missed

  • This is quite obscure. A sexual song from Paul Davis. I'm confused. But, eitherway, this bastard is a star singer. I only wished that I could see him sing live in his older days. However, he retired and enjoyed golf and fishing. He was supposedly a star fisherman. I would of paid 1,000 US dollars to see this guy sing live. It didn't happen. No more to say here.......

  • Do you have Boogie Woogie Man by Paul Davis?

  • i sure do will post it later

  • Cool! Thanks so much. My favorite Paul Davis years are between 1970 - 1977.

  • Thank you so much for posting this vid, I love this great danceable song.

  • your welcome
