thats the original outlaws patch in england, if you look there's 7 feathers on it because it was severn different 1% clubs in britain that got together and formed outlaws mc england, then it was changed so that all outlaws wore the same colours, and clubs don't just stay in their states or countrys, they do travel to other countrys to visit other chapters in their club or clubs they're friendly with if you had a basic knowledge about backpatch clubs you would know this but you clearly don't!
