I also already said you even need not be in the music/showbiz to know that. It is common knowledge or sense, every person who is at least "a bit" into music knows it.

Spears, Timberlake, Madonna, Furtado, Aguilera etc... They are just pop SINGERS (or entertainers if you like). They don't WRITE or PLAY music. This is done for them by professionals. And the Pop"stars" sing, dance and act to it.
