Neighbor is actually one of the best snipers on the MLG circuit. I'm not sure wtf you're talking about. He's clearly very good with the sniper.

"He misses over half his shots" - no he didn't... he hit most of them with only a few exceptions. In the video, I only saw 2-3 more kills that he should have had, but he got some pretty tricky ones which makes up for it. He had like 17-18 kills and never died and you're saying he's trash. Wow.

It depends on the quality of your television.

I usually just change the screen brightness dependent on the board. Gaurdian (Higher), Snowbound (Normal).

A higher screen brightness can help but it's more about awareness in game.

a sniper spree is 5 sniper kills in a row so if he uses his br in between the 5 sniper kills it will reset it

he got 2 sniper sprees because he got a BR kill in between the sprees. A sharpshooter is 10 straight sniper kills, and can't be interrupted by kills with any other weapon, grenade, or melle attacks.
