I neglected using smokebombs as I thought it wouldn't count *palm 2 face* >.< What's annoying is I have counters pretty much locked down (bragging :P) but it's pretty useless outside the Rome lvl as guards pussy out when u start wearin' 'em down. Usually this is resolved by having a brute or higher ranked guard amongst the ranks, but that just makes furthers complications ¬¬

Easy way to do this is to go in unarmed, disarm them as they attack and then use their weapon to get that quick kill on em'

To be honest, no hittter isn't that difficult, counter kills are reletivly easy, just watch the dudes weapons, when they start swinging, just press the button, the delay time for the sword in counter is long, sure it's difficult as hell with the hidden blades, but reletivly easy with the sword, I was aiming to see how many guys you could get into one brawl when I got this acheivment, alongside nearly 25 dead dudes (maybe a bit less, was counting innocents too)

Hardest part for me was getting all the feathers... well, not exactly hard, just time consuming. I just forced myself to go on Assassin's Creed 2 every day and collect at least 5 feathers before I switched to another game :P

it took 3 smoke bombs for you? you need to get better at double assassinations. It really isn't that difficult using the smoke bomb, and only 2 are really necessary. Doing 5 double assassinations in a row is not possible within the time for 1.

although, granted, i had to be given the "solution" to the achievement. on a side note, you dont actually have to count them. Each group, by default, has 4 people, and so those groups you caught (not counting strays) would already be 11. (plus, you wouldnt really be able to leave their sight in such a short distance staying on the ground level....

i got this when i did the mission when u kill the guy at the monastery/abbey kinda early on. once u assassinate him, he had exactly 10 guards with him who all attack you. fortunately they never ran away and i just backed into a corner and counterkilled. i got it without even going for it

Nice Stargety. I love Assassins Creed 2 and learned alot. I have also made different accounts onn my 360 to get this spefic acheivement wiht different weapons. I got this acheivement using the Double Hidden Blades(no smoke bomb), No weapon(no smoke), with the dagger(with.without smoke, and then the sword(with/without smoke). Right now i am trying a challenge. Use the gun to get the acheivement. But i always get liek 7-8 kills before the run away.

It's pretty easy if you know how to deflect-kill.

Basically, just use a weapon with high deflect (3 or more). Wait for the enemy to attack, deflect their weapon (hold down the defend button). As soon as their strikes end (listen to the sound), press the attack button twice (remember to release the defend button). Ezio will perform a very fast attack followed by a 100% sure kill.

Will work against ANY enemy, Brutes included. only exception is the Seeker. Their weapons is too long.

@MrStokesy1 combo kills need you to complete a multiple hits with perfect timing end with a kill. 4 for sword/mace, 5 for knife, 3 for long and heavy weapons. There's always a chance that the enemy will block/counter.

My deflect-kill have no chance of counter/block, and kill in 2 hits. But you need the enemy to attack first, and timing must me good.

Thanks for giving me the idea to use smoke bombs while attempting this. I got mine when I infiltrated the Vatican shortly after jumping on the horse. Although this is a real easy way to do this but I was down 2 bombs so I used it after 6 counter kills and used the smoke bomb time to assassinate the 4 remaining. I would have never thought of using smoke bombs, thanks.

Oh come on this is so easy. You don't even have to bother worrying about this achievement if you attempt the assasination contracts. One of them asks you to take out a group of (I think 20) Brutes on a bridge within one minute. Obviously no way to do that apart from using 2 smoke bombs and then performing 10 double assasinations.
