well obviously she is dancing! even though its a black dress..i can see it. By the way this was a formal concert. everyone who attends these types of concerts such as Haifa, Nancy, Nawal wear formal clothing. Such as Suits and Dresses. Now how could she wear jeans to a concert in Canada? You would expect a little more class than jeans, as usual Haifa has tons of class and taste! she looked hot!
