As extreme as this may appear, I don't see why it couldn't become a reality if a park wanted something along the lines of this magnitude. It's simple if you think about it. The building is simply a prop, and the support tower to hold the vertical lift and drop can be placed inside, connecting beams coming out of the windows. The height of the building makes a drastic difference as well, as does the holding brake. Move it up a tad more, and I believe this could be a realistic and enjoyable ride.

I think what coasterfreak is trying to get at is that it would take an enormous amount of stopping power to slow the train down at that point of the drop.

Precisely. Take SheiKra and Griffon for example. Their holding breaks are on about a 45³ slope, as opposed to this one's, which is literally on a 90³ slope. The energy it would take to hold the train vertically would be enormous, although, there is a Tilt Coaster in Taiwan that holds a train larger than this one's vertically for about three seconds.
