Up until recently, they had a drug policy similar to ours. Then they legalized ALL drugs, even hard drugs, up to a certain amount. Now they have one of the lowest drug usage populations in the world.

If anything, they'll stop using alcohol and smoking cigs, and start using pot. Which I think is good. Pot is like 100 times better than cigs.
