  • I too have missed Mike. Great to find him again.

  • It's the B.O.S.U., & one of the best CORE training tools available. Besides from a work out that helps burn off excess calories, it strengthens the entire body by improving strength, agility, flexibility and balance in weakest links of the body to allow the individual to become more effectively and efficiently as a unit. Any being on 2 feet can benefit from this, as little as 2 to my grandma's can use. Pumps amazing, but there's much more to training and it's called functional training.
