India is Allies with both Russia and U.S, So it will probably opt to remain Neutral in any war (Unless Pakistan or China launches an alternate attack on India which seems highly unlikely), Japan will definitely back off from another war, Considering they have neither the Military capability nor the Forces to take on China head-on and I'm not sure about South Korea or Brazil..
