Use your cover more effectively. This was a good job but not a great one.

Loved the sniper on the roof and the attempt at explosives. Having forces spread out to hit them from various angles was a TERRIFIC idea...hitting them while they were bunched like that.

Once forces scatter, don't turn your back on possible hiding places, don't bunch up, stay low and use cover effectively, make your shots count.
