I love my Mr Sqishey! I put mine after my "gain" pedals so it doesn't push them but it works great either way! I have even used it with my dyna comp when Im' in the mood for a really sqashed tone!

The pedal doesn't change the sound of you guitar. I play it through tube amps and can even give you overdrive, just crank the setting. It cleans up solos. Does things in a subtle way. Highly recommend.

I can really see Toadworks becoming one of those companies like TC... May not be as well known but they knock out some really good quality stuff. I was hunting down a BOSS CS-2 last year but I've played around with these in stores for far too long, i think its time to finally buy one!
