@strangetrix If you take another look at my comment, you'll realize that I never claimed that Bill himself wanted it this way. I pointed out that the design is quite silly (I'm obviously not the only one with that opinion). Exactly who designed it is rather irrelevant. There's no doubt that Bill's an extremely talented builder. Just too bad that he so rarely does anything other than these rather tasteless designs.

There's no doubt that you guys are seriously good at what you do, but honestly - this is waaaay over the top. It's just silly, and looks like something a ten-year-old might want under his desk. Take a look at the galleries over at MDPC. That's how you build good looking computers.

And one of the PC's that graced MDPC's website (MDPC #015) was also Bill's creation. Besides, what's "good" looking is very subjective. It all depends on the client's definition in the end, and not everybody wants their PC's to look like MDPC worthy showcases.
