Am I the only person who understands that Humans are Omnivores and made to eat both meat, fruits & vegetables? Can't we just eat a little of everything and be ok? Isn't that how our ancestors did it?

@joshfossgreen lol yeah I had them working like crazy... we only filmed half of the workout, the other half they were able to get more comfortable with the workout.
Kettlebells, Indian Clubs and Bodyweight exercises combined with a raw diet will give you a killer bod. Oh, and throw in a needak rebounder to stimulate the lymphatic system and you've got all the gym equipment that you will ever really need.

i just made a workout instead of sitting in front of the computer.
want to go 100% raw as well (currently like 80%) but it's pretty hard, when everyone around you is eating cooked things.
