ALL OF YALL ARE WRONG! There 2 diffrent effects theres a prohection which is white and a orange blaze effect thats a whole diffret machine!

Ok, I see now. Since you said "projected" I see what it is. It is the image projected on cloth that is being blown by a fan.

Neat but cheesy. I think that Image 250 comes with a scarier looking skull gobo, that might look better along side a light blue gel.
