GOD DAMNIT I HATE MICROSFT!!!! I sent my last xbox 360 in 8... YES 8 F'in times just have them replace it with a console that had the same goddam problem!!! i bought me a slim (no probs yet) and now.. i am almost sure i bought a 12 month in december and they are telling me i have to renew it in feburary i will be checking my card history and if they charged me for a 12 month ima blow there phones up yelling so f'in loud im beyond pissed!!!!!!!

@KallMeKris2 ...I always edit my videos. I'm telling you that this is not a tutorial, this is just saying that I turned off Auto Renewal on the XBOX then when I went on the website, Auto Renewal was still on. I put the link in the description for a reason.

When you follow the directions in the description you only get to the page that says "uh oh that shouldn't of happened" with the guy shrugging. It even happens right in your video, you click on Upgrade/manage account and the glitch screen pops up. How did you eventually get past that page and to the page to turn off automatic billing? did you have to call them?

It's because of ESPN and Hulu.

They could've made the price still $50 and just make ESPN and Hulu a add-on for the Live deal for additional $10 extra.
