Nope. i got 15 percent body fat and when i cut weigh to fight its at 8 to 10. I appreciate what will is saying, but soemtimes you can think like he does, and then realize, you're just lying to yourself. The reality of it is somethings come down to luck. I know what he said about the tredmill was a figure of speech. However some people can work hard until death, and die for a cuase, others can work until death and die in vain.
