Children in Japan and Korea have eggs and toast/rice for breakfast almost every morning BUT most of the diet is vegetables and fruit... And vegetable are always served with each meal. Hey Dan, I heard some thing in the news recently about cantaloupes sold that were contaminated. I'm not sure what states the cantaloupes were sold in or where those particular cantaloupes came from, but there have been some deaths from people eating contaminated cantaloupes. You might want to investigate that.

why not take out the egg yolk, use olive oil instead of butter and a 9 grain bread to make it healthier?

@nubbs Egg yolks are good 4U when they're organic - that's where the omegas are, in a deep orange yolk. Also nothing wrong with organic butter - or ghee. The lauric acid in grass fed cow butter is extremely good 4U and not available in many other foods.
