I just added a path (Curve > Path), extruded and shaped it to the path I wanted the camera to travel, and then parented the camera to it (with the Follow Path option). Then you can change the other options in the IPO window (length of following time, speed, etc).
I mainly followed a tutorial on the Wiki Blender Book, called 'Flying through a canyon'. The link is in the video's description.
Please don't title something 'The Ultimate' when its a beginner's first attempt. This was a waste of time.

I would'nt call it ultimate but its very good. I liked the water effect the most. It would be an improvement to keep the camera more steady.

Do you have to get the camera in position each time with keys or can you do a flythrough and Blender records the path? Thanks.
