i like your recipe...but i dont know how shrimps are previously prepared.... i mean if you cooked them with out its skin or maybe you left then at the refrigerator with lemon (like mexican way)... i would like to know...

Actually I think I used Inca , Dona Isabel has good Rocoto another kind I use for ceviche
