Once the tail touches the game is over. This has happened to full-sized pilots, most notably a Bucker Jungmeister in the 30s. Once the tail touches inverted, the nose can't be pushed up to fly off and the pilot is just stuck with the tail scraping the dirt. If there's a small dip in the ground there might be enough rotation possible but usually the only option is to cut the power, master switches and hold on for the dirt tumble.

@erarius hai ragione, infatti io in 8 anni di aeromodellismo ho distrutto pochi modelli, circa 5/6 e solo 2 di interferenza, mentre gli altri davo per scontato il mio errore anche con altri modellisti in volo!!
