Depending on what phase i am at (Bulk) or dieting) training is usually no longer the 1hour and 15 min (which is would be my longest workouts including warm up) (usually squat days on bulk with heavy sets - 6-8 reps x 4 with 3-5min rest) dieting phase, my workouts are cut to a maximum of 50min including warm ups, still have my basic heavy lifts (Squat, bench and deadlifts set to 6-8reps x3 sets) but rest time for sets is set to a maximum of 3min, routine changes every 8-12 weeks too

your standard supplements, a micronised creatine (mashasi is cheap) WPI protien brand doesnt really make a difference and Xtend (BCAA for during workouts) to be honest, its a long term thing training, you cant take a magic pill and go from nothing to being massive lol, get a proper diet and training program and ull amaze yourself with the results you can achieve, if you cant afford supplements, no biggie they only make food intact convienent, just eat whole foods, make sure u get
In reality, if you added it in to your calorie count i guess it could work, though you would be missing out on nutrition your body could be using to grow, and if you were serious about your body image, is one pint worth it? u'd feel better with out it

genetically i have good lats and delts, they arent that big though, its the illusion of having a small waste. My upper torso (lat spread measurements are 116cm and my waist is 78cm. im really looking forward to completing my next movie after this bulk cycle, my physique has improved a lot.
it only gets better from here, my diet has changed dramatically and also my phsique, i have a lot more guidence with my training now and im training correctly, in the last 4 months of training has been better then my last year of training, although im sitting around 11-12% BF due to bulking, looking forward to leaning down!!
Awsome development mate! ... 9 weeks?? If you really didn't use the juice then u should be so proud. But man, if u did get on the roids u should be ashamed for detering anybody that can't achieve those kind of results. I've read all the comments on this page and I am eating clean and are very disiplined with my regime. I hope that u are honest in what u say and I can achieve similar results.
Not everyone will react the same way i have, as everybody is different, if you keep ur diet clean, with regular exercise and gym work, u'll be surprised in the results you achieve.
I am making a new movie at the moment in a several weeks ill have my new video up, tho, i have taken a different approach, over the last 3 - 4 months i have been bulking eating clean food with 1 cheat meal a week, start of my diet was 3k cals and has increased 2 aprox 4.5k, i am looking at competing in a novice comp
for natural body building in october, so i have a few more video's lined up for all to view. It has taken me 4 months to put on 6kg of weight, in the process of putting on 6kg i have increased my waist size by 2cm. i am doing it all natural to prove u can, it might be harder but well worth it IMO, that and i want to be able to have kids with out going on IVF, or run the risk of having ball cancer.
u dont need roids to make progression, just a good diet, exercise program & rest. dont over train!

One thing to remember is your progression isnt going to happen over night, Ive been training before the video and i had muscle mass already, my video isnt me stepping in the gym for the first time. My current weight is 75Kg i have lost a fair bit of body fat but still have alot more to go!
Just remember to get plenty of rest after training

I cant answer for you because everyone is different, Although i gave up alcohol to train because i wanted to see what i could do and i was sick of not being define. At 16 id probably say don't start training full time for another year or 2 because your body would still be growing and developing.
But in short it worked for me, but not only alcohol, i had to change my eating plan mixed with cardio and weight training
hehe it does take time mate, if your not seeing any results try to mix your cardio routine around, change your intensity levels, change your exercise, if you do a lot of treadmill or cross trainer, swap to the bike or do some active sports, do some boxing or skipping ect.. just like weights your body adapts to the exercises you do and ultimately you wont see any results. The only advice i can give is not to give up and change your routine every 4 -8 weeks
Ive been training longer then 9 weeks, I just havent been training properly and havent been dieting properly. you can see from the first pictures i did have some size but no definition.
I had changed my diet and work out routine and decided to document my progress so i can see the difference if any.
this video is only my progression from being fat to define.
My weight loss is really suprising, ive only lost 1 kg started at 78kg im now 77kg 5feet 8inc tall (im short)

Im kind of at your first stages. I eat ok and have lots of muscle mass but very little defanition. Im starting to devolope love handles for god sake!...can you tell me what sort of work out routine you do? ... iv got an odd boddy shape. Im 5"4 with a 35" waist and 45" chest...

am 16 and i drink every weekend. if i stop drinking will it help alot? av been working out for 4-5 months now probably and am seeing results but i just wnana know if stopping my drinkin everyweekend will help alot write back please

Hi Mate,
I cant answer for you because everyone is different, Although i gave up alcohol to train because i wanted to see what i could do and i was sick of not being define. At 16 id probably say don't start training full time for another year or 2 because your body would still be growing and developing.
But in short it worked for me, but not only alcohol, i had to change my eating plan mixed with cardio and weight training

great job man...ive got a ways to go before my progress is complete. Cardio just refuses to work for me lol even if i do it 5 times a week lol

hehe it does take time mate, if your not seeing any results try to mix your cardio routine around, change your intensity levels, change your exercise, if you do a lot of treadmill or cross trainer, swap to the bike or do some active sports, do some boxing or skipping ect.. just like weights your body adapts to the exercises you do and ultimately you wont see any results. The only advice i can give is not to give up and change your routine every 4 -8 weeks

Ive been training longer then 9 weeks, I just havent been training properly and havent been dieting properly. you can see from the first pictures i did have some size but no definition.
I had changed my diet and work out routine and decided to document my progress so i can see the difference if any.
this video is only my progression from being fat to define.
My weight loss is really suprising, ive only lost 1 kg started at 78kg im now 77kg 5feet 8inc tall (im short)
