@tomigunn777 IMO, they're following the singer because the concert is in Finland, Monroe's native country. Also, he's probably an unexpected guest during this set. Monroe has a much bigger following in Europe than in America. Being Monroe in Finland is like being Elvis in America. Some fans feel that GnR stole their image from Monroe's former band Hanoi Rocks, which is often cited as the bridge between punk & glam in rock's evolution. Seeing Mike & Duff together likely blew everyone's mind.

You can find "that freak's" photo on the inner sleeve of Use Your Illusions as well...He's playin' on Bad Obsession AND he's singing a duet with Axl on Spaghetti Incident (on Ain't It Fun). AND Axl sings with "that freak" on his solo album's video (of Dead, Jail or Rock n Roll)...So they have done quite a few things together in the past ;D
