Where did you get this footage? This was filmed at Axis nightclub in Boston -- probably upstairs. Nirvana did 2 shows at Axis, one on Sept 23rd, and an all ages the next day on the 24th. I was at both shows! I can't remember if the Pumpkins played both shows too. The Pumpkins had opened for Nirvana at one or both of those shows. I didn't see the Crisco Twister. That must have been after the show. It may have been part of a Nevermind record release party, as I believe it was released that day. :D

I'm 27 now. To the people who grew up with this its a really special video. I have never seen Smashing Pumpkins before with Nirvana. This was in 1991 when both bands were minimally succesful . . . but were both becoming mega stars. It was on the brink of their stardom. Very cool footage.
